Delicious traditional Franconian dishes and home made “Bratwurst”, appreciated all over the world.
As soon as you walk into the restaurant, you enter a typical Franconian world. You find yourself in a place where family, friends, couples, young and old feel welcome and comfortable. Neither in nor outside the restaurant can you escape the mouthwatering, aromatic scent of the “Nuremberg Bratwurst”.
The Bratwursthäusle looks back on a long tradition. Since 1312 the in-house produced Nuremberg Bratwurst is grilled on an open beech wood fire. The sausages are manufactured at our own butcher shop in the Bratwursthäusle itself. In order to guarantee the best possible quality, we rely on a traditional recipe and experienced butchers.
In the restaurant there is a grill on which the delicious little delicacies are prepared. When visiting, guests can also indulge in other Franconian specialities together with Tucher beer straight from the tap.
